Mile's Edge White 2021
A versatile and surprising white blend.
A beautiful white-gold wine with fresh Anjou pear on the nose followed by a slight hint of sweet, dry hay and jasmine. On the palate, grapefruit and ripe white peach rest atop a round, balanced mouthfeel with a fresh finish of clover honey.

Tasting Notes
A very pale white-gold with slight yellow-green highlight, clean. The nose opens with plenty of fresh green apple, bright citrus and a nice background florality (tree fruit blossoms). Palate is inviting and fresh, with a core of good weight and balanced sweetness and acidity. At 11.9% alcohol this is pleasant and easy-drinking as well as versatile to match.

Winemaker Notes
We wanted to make a “house white” that could pair well to any cuisine, and represent a diverse selection of South Okanagan white varietals that we and others grow here. We're taking the best and brightest aromatic whites and keeping them in stainless steel for the duration of ferment and aging, this way we maintain freshness and florality, with subtle sweetness, and create a wine that's both friendly and classic.
