Appassimento & Ripasso Tasting - Feb15, 2026 - 1pm

The Vinstitute Class, led by Winemaker Melissa Smits, will look our current and back vintages of the Italian Method wines we make from the estate Merlot - Appassimento and Ripasso. The two wines are almost unique for the Okanagan, with very few wineries exploring these methods in the valley. We'll explore the creation of these wines from vineyard to glass, and look back at our initial vintages and do a barrel tastings of our upcoming release!

The tasting will be primarily a sit-down event. There will be some snacks to accompany the tasting. We will have some of the back vintage wines and our current selection available for sale.

Date: Februrary 15th, 2026. Time: 1:00 pm - 2:30pm

If there is insufficient interest for this date, we reserve the right to cancel the class and refund all tickets. If there is substantial interest in the limited seat class (20 seats maximum), we will be running  a later afternoon (3:00pm) class.
